What's Included

Access to venue from 9 am to 12 am (13 hours total)

Access to venue, full kitchen & separate bridal changing area

Access to mounted projector and screen that descends from the ceiling.

Wi-Fi Access for all vendors and staff.

Use of Round table linens (black, ivory, white)

A Love and Laugh Venue staff member will be on site periodically for building maintenance needs and any access to additional items.

Access to Bluetooth Sound System with 12 channel mixer.

Alcohol allowed per NC ABC requirements (fee is assessed)

A 90-minute rehearsal day scheduled Monday -Thursday (per venue availability). Not for dinner, just to rehearse.

Up to 25 - 60 in Round Tables (can sit 6 to 8 people)

What's NOT Included

You are required to take out the trash before exiting the venue (trash bin located at the back of the venue).

You are required to place all table linens in the provided containers before exiting the venue.

Decorating Services/Coordinator Services/Dinnerware/Cake Services/Alcohol/Bartending/Catering/Photographer/DJ/Officiant

You are required to breakdown vendors equipment.

All vendor/rental equipment must be out of the venue before exiting the venue
**Friday/Saturday Rental - $6,000

40% Non-Refundable Deposit is due upon signing rental agreement.

40% Non-Refundable payment is due five (5) months prior to wedding date.

Remaining 20% is due 30 days prior to wedding date.
**Sunday Rental - $5,100

**An additional security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your wedding date and time. This will be returned after the event when it is determined that there was no damage done on the venue premises​.
** Cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to all invoices
** We highly suggest purchasing event liability insurance. The average price is $120.
